Privacy & Data Policy
How iLikeStores Ltd handles information collected through Sheds Warehouse and the other storefronts it operates.
Who is responsible for your information?
iLikeStores Ltd, Unit 6, Edison Road, Elms Farm Industrial Estate, Bedford MK41 0HU is the data controller for these storefronts. Company Registered In England Number: 09220253. VAT Registration: 19 773 0860. Privacy enquiries can be sent to help@ilikestores.com.
Information you give us
When you submit an order or enquiry we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery or billing address, postcode, order details, selected options, notes and information you choose to provide about a bespoke building or installation requirement.
Website journey and analytics information
The storefronts use first-party journey tracking to understand how the websites are used and where customers encounter problems. This can include a session identifier, page path, page title, referring website host, basket status, product, basket, checkout or order stage, and whether a visit appears to be automated traffic.
Technical identifiers
A short pseudonymous daily hash derived from technical connection information is used to reduce duplicate and automated traffic. The raw IP address is not stored in the visitor analytics table. Standard web-server security logs may separately contain technical request data such as IP address and user agent.
Browser storage
We use local browser storage to keep the shopping basket and the first-party visitor session working between page views. The visitor session is treated as expired after 30 minutes of inactivity.
How long is website analytics kept?
The current pseudonymous visitor and journey analytics records are automatically deleted after 7 days. Order, enquiry, accounting and customer-service records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary for the transaction, support, legal, tax, fraud-prevention and business-record purposes that apply.
Why we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, review and fulfil orders, confirm delivery and installation, arrange payment, provide customer service, maintain security, prevent abuse or fraud, keep business records and improve website performance. The lawful basis depends on the purpose and may include taking steps before a contract, performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.
Who we may share information with
Where necessary to provide the service, information may be shared with relevant manufacturers or suppliers, couriers and delivery companies, installers, payment or banking providers, IT and hosting providers, professional advisers, and public authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. Contact help@ilikestores.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.
Security and card details
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No card details are collected by the storefront checkout; secure payment is arranged separately after the order details are confirmed.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. This version was last updated on 3 October 2026.
